You found your Herd.

“I can figure this out.”

“I wish I could run this past someone.”

“I’ll take care of it.”

Leadership is lonely by design.

This is just what entrepreneurship looks like. This is just the weight you must carry to be a leader.

But what if it wasn’t?

The myth of the lone wolf, the solo inventor in the basement, the fucking lie about bootstraps… those myths weren’t handed down because they’re helpful.

They persist because they reinforce existing power structures. Keep us focused on “being professional,” and we aren’t focusing on what matters.

“I’ve understood for years that the challenges of running my business were connected to my personal growth. It wasn’t until I joined Buffalo Collective that I realized how lonely I’ve been on this journey. Their accompaniment is invaluable. My path still twists and turns, but now, they’re with me around every bend.”

When buffalo see a storm on the horizon, they don’t scatter. They tighten the herd and run into it together.

Because they know the fastest way around the storm is through it. And the safest way through it is together.

This is what Buffalo Collective is built on. We are reclaiming “herd mentality,” and learning to trust it for what it is: Wisdom, connection, and strength multiplied because we’re working together.

Buffalo Collective membership gives purpose-driven leaders the connection and clarity they need to grow themselves and their businesses.

The Retreat

The retreat is an intentional, facilitated experience for just 16 people, designed to show you what’s been running beneath the surface of your leadership. Psychedelic medicine, used intentionally and with proper support, is one of the most powerful tools we’ve found for this work.

The Herd

The Herd is where the real work happens. You’ll meet weekly with a small, consistent group of peers who know what you experienced and are doing their work alongside you. Accountability, honesty, and the meaningful support that can only come from people who get it, because they’re in it too.
